One of the many highlights of this trip is the Nimaling Tshechu (Festival).  Held once a year, this festival is a time for people to come together in celebration.  Adorning their finest cloths, they participate in masked religious dances to cast blessings of good luck and to remove misfortunes.  This is done so that joy, happiness, better harvests and prosperity may be enjoyed by all.
